Uniplan is very pleased to have partnered with Alivio Tourist Park for the construction of 21 new cabins for their park in Canberra. The long term relationship shared by Ben Scott (Uniplan MD) and Mark Whitby (Alivio Group MD) has strengthened over the past six years during which time they have installed 61 new buildings.
This recent project, now in its final week until completion, included 18 two bedroom Montana cabins and three three bedroom family villas. Uniplan has worked closely with Alivio to give their guests a resort level experience. The compact footprint yet spacious interior of the Montana design allows efficient use of real estate while enabling premium accommodation pricing. The upmarket inclusions and finishes like frameless shower screens, stone benchtops and designer tiles all add to the ambiance. This allows Alivio to achieve outstanding guest satisfaction, high occupancies and – most importantly – much greater return on investment. With results like that, it’s not surprising they keep coming back to Uniplan for more.
Mark Whitby’s belief in going above and beyond guest expectations by providing accommodation like Uniplan’s resort level finishes and design is proving to be a winning formula.
Uniplan was able to provide a staged completion so that Alivio could commence selling the first batch of new villas while the final units were still being installed. This has accelerated the earnings from their new investment and shows Uniplan’s understanding and commitment to profitability of park operators.
Uniplan congratulates Alivio on their proactive approach to growth and development and thanks them for once again choosing Uniplan as a key partner for their success.
