    THE HAMPDEN

    You all loved the floor plan of our 'Janoba' home we brought last year. This magnificent homes uses a very similar layout but has our NEW and AMAZING 'Contemporary' Façade. Never before has AgQuip seen such a bold and modern home.
    Plenty of space here, all three bedrooms are a great size, the Hampden also has a separate dining room and an entertainers delight kitchen with Butlers pantry, this opens onto the back verandah.

    THE COTSWOLD

    One of our most popular plans, this three bed family home has been further refined with a larger laundry. This plan offers privacy for the main bedroom with its ensuite & plenty of space in the kids rooms with adjacent family bathroom.
